  • What is EFT?

    EFT is short for Emotional Freedom Technique. This is an alternative therapy that connects the mind and body to remove any blocks and release any limiting beliefs so you can live your best life. We do this by gently tapping on our meridians with our fingertips. The body's meridian points are energy pathways, which run throughout the body. These pathways are believed to be responsible for our emotional and physical well-being.

  • Tapping Technique

    When these pathways become blocked or restricted due to stress or negative emotions, it can result in physical and mental symptoms such as pain, fatigue, anxiety and depression. The basic Tapping technique requires you to focus on a negative emotion at hand. This can be a fear, a worry, or any unresolved problem. While maintaining your mental focus on this issue, you use your fingertips to tap 5-7 times on 9 specific meridian points of the body

  • When To Use EFT

    Emotional Freedom Technique can be used to help a variety of personal issues and conditions including Anxiety, Phobias/Fears, Addictions, Self confidence, Physical Pain, Fertility, Birth Trauma, Menopause, Depression, Grief, PTSD, Relationships, Body Image, Cravings, Loosing weight and Trauma. About Me

My name is Sara Jones. I am a qualified Emotional Freedom Technique Therapist and I have been working in the beauty and wellness industry for over 18 years.

When the pandemic hit, I was unable to carry out any hands-on treatment, so I decided to use my free time to train as an EFT therapist, because helping people is my passion and this therapy can work well over both video call and in-person.

Over and above being an EFT therapist I also hold qualifications in Awareness of Mental Health Problems and I have all appropriate insurances in place to ensure the comfort of my customers.

Location / Fees / Contact

In-person sessions take place at my base in Caterham. Remote sessions take place over Zoom.

Single sessions are £50 per session or blocks of three or more are offered at 10% off.
